Dynamic indicators

The PRR (Price/Royalties Ratio)

The PRR is a valuation indicator unique to Bolero. It measures the relationship between the price of a share and the royalties generated over the last 12 months.

For a detailed explanation of how it works, the data behind it, and how to use it to inform your investment decisions: Read the dedicated article on the PRR

Estimated Yield - In the buy flow: it represents the estimated annual income you would receive by buying your shares at the entered price. The lower the price, the higher the yield.

Buyer's Yield - In the sell flow: it represents the estimated annual yield a potential buyer would receive if you sold your shares at the price you are proposing. This is not your return on the sale - it is a reference point to help you assess how attractive your price looks from a buyer's perspective.

⚠️ These indicators are calculated based on the last 12 months of royalties. They reflect past performance and do not predict future income.

How should I use the PRR and Yield together?

These two indicators are complementary: they give you a dual read of the same entered price.

Yield expresses what the price returns to you as an annual percentage relative to generated royalties. PRR indicates how many times the annual royalties are contained in the price of a share.

What is a buy price indicator?

To reduce decision time and better guide investors, Bolero offers three preset options when placing a buy order.

"Last price"

This is the price at which the most recent transaction was completed on the market for these shares. It reflects the latest value agreed upon by a buyer and a seller. This is the default option: it anchors you to recent market reality.

"Min sell price"

This is the lowest price at which a seller is currently willing to sell their shares (the best available sell order in the order book). Choosing this price maximises your chances of quick execution, as your offer directly matches existing supply.

Note: this price may be slightly lower or higher than the last price depending on market activity.

"10% Yield"

Bolero automatically calculates the price per share that would target approximately 10% annual yield based on generated royalties. This is a decision-support option: it does not guarantee order execution, but allows you to position your offer around a target performance objective.

If no sellers are available at this price, your order will be placed in the order book and may be executed later.

⚠️ This price is calculated based on past royalties and does not constitute a guarantee of future performance.

What is a sell price indicator?

To reduce decision time and better guide investors, Bolero offers three preset options when placing a sell order.

"My average price"

This is the weighted average price at which you acquired your shares over time. Selling at this price means you realise neither a gain nor a loss on your initial investment. This is the default option to help you keep your cost basis as a reference.

“Last price"

Same as when buying: this is the price of the most recent transaction completed on the market. It gives you a reference for what the market has recently been willing to pay for these shares.

"Best offer"

This is the highest price a buyer is currently willing to pay (the best buy order in the order book). Selling at this price maximises your chances of immediate execution, as your offer directly matches the highest available demand.
